The family business; success is collective

Deminor organised its annual debate evening on October 26, 2021 on the theme: “The family business; success is collective”.
Prior to the debate, invitees were able to participate in three information sessions in the context of our services offering:

  • Session 1 : Financial reporting and valuation
  • Session 2 : Legal, financial and tax aspects of a succession or family transfer
  • Session 3 : Estate planning

The sessions were followed by a debate evening, during which Frank Buysse (CEO Buysse & Partners), Didier Engels (CEO Engels Ramen & Deuren) and Bernard Thuysbaert (Managing Partner Deminor) each discussed the various aspects of family entrepreneurship from their own practical experience.

After a fascinating debate and a Q&A session, the participants had the opportunity to continue their discussions with the many guests during a walking dinner.

The success of this evening reinforces our conviction that the theme of the evening is particularly relevant to companies that wish to professionalise their activities.
