Start & assistance in mediation

Not every negotiation goes smoothly. Are you and the other stakeholder(s) unable to reach an agreed solution?

Avoid having to go to court and opt for an external, third party who acts as an objective mediator.

Questions you may be asking yourself

Does deminor NXT also resolve family disputes?
This negotiation is stalled. Who will help us?
I would like to start a mediation. Can I contact deminor NXT?
I don't want to go to court. How do I resolve this conflict?

In the event of an unsuccessful negotiation, deminor NXT helps you prepare and follow up on a formal mediation procedure through an accredited mediator. Such mediation is a legally recognised way of reaching an amicable solution together through a third party.

The mediator does not side with either of you but allows you to participate equally in the conversation so that you can listen to each other’s concerns. The mediator also does not make a final judgment on your disagreement and does not impose a decision himself. He or she will help you find a solution through professional communication techniques by focusing on your real needs.

Situations you may find yourself in

You cannot resolve a family disagreement.
An abuse of power or power struggle occurs.
